FONAT assists Santa Clara County Parks with Ting artifact displays at the New Almaden Quicksilver Mining Museum located in the historic Casa Grande manor and partners with park staff to help share the story of the Ting. The members of FONAT desire to help enrich and serve the thousands of guests who visit the museum, including school students, residents, and tourists from around the world.

We have many exciting and rewarding volunteer opportunities to choose from including organizing celebrations and fundraising events, completing research, developing outreach materials and events, and more.  Volunteers may also help our County Parks and Recreation Department Interpretive Staff with their museum programs, caring for their Ting display, and landscape gardening projects.
